Very bad experience. Staff behaviour is very rude and unprofessional. During breakfast hour food wasn't available and no one was there to attend and there was no wifi and power as breakfast area is in basement so we came out and requested to send breakfast in room first they agreed and later when we follow up for breakfast they denied very rudely and rather start blaming us. Not recommended to choose for stay staff behaves like we are availing free services from them. A big no to this hotel. Rude behaviour with family members.

1) on the night of the 24th, while we were having dinner, worm were coming out of the tomatoes in the salad plate, "when we complained about it at reception, the response we got was that this happens even in big restaurants/hotels". 2) The AC was making a lot of noise, and even after complaining several times, no action was taken. 3) There was no hook in wardrobe to hang clothes. in the room no 405, Where we were shown room 202 and we had finalized that one before making the booking.

A bit expensive as per the service, hygiene and hospitality standards. However, If you are a solo/female traveller or new to the city then it can be a decent choice since it is located in a safe locality, plenty of banks nearby. Connectivity is good too. Fooding options/outlets are nearby. Don't expect much! Average/Okayish 2.5/5

Amazing ambience , perfect location, very elite and classy setup, good hospitality and well behaved staff. I would say its one of the best hotel in Rohini and pitampura location. Book this without hesitation. You would love it. perfect for frnds ,family or couples or business stays everything was superb ❤️ i loved it.

THE ROOMS WERE SO DIRTY, MATTRESS WAS WET. THE PERSON IN-CHARGE WAS SLEEPING AND SAID HE CANNOT HELP US IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE DENIED ANY ACCOUNTABILITY AND THE SALES MANAGER, TANYA, WHO IS APPARENTLY SUPPOSED TO MAINTAIN 'CUSTOMER RELATIONS' DENIED ANY RESPONSIBILITY AND SAID SHE CANNOT HELP US IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE

Don’t ever book this, it’s the worst experience you can have. Room is not clean, after booking for Family Room they gave us a normal room and extra bedding which at the end we couldn’t get. No toiletries, no towels, no house keeping, calling reception no help that is. Worst ever.

i had a bad experience, when i reached there, the receptionist had me waiting for 1 hour, while there were people coming instantly and getting the room then and there on the other hand i had a pre-booking still i had to wait for checking almost 2 hours, that was bizzare.

hotel is newly built. rooms are nice and clean however service is extremely poor. very few and untrained staff. manager is also least bothered about your requests. any small request and they will take atleast 40 mins to come to you.

Poor Management and they don’t offer you basic things. You have to call 9 no. Infinite times to get the towel, tissues and water. They only force you for clear the payment.
