Samskara Resort & Spa, Jaipur

So, we booked this resort in Feb 2025. first and foremost thing, the name of this resort is "Spa and Resorts" but there is no spa available in the campus even though it is shown in the facilities available during the booking. 2nd No proper arrangements of light in the rooms. No proper Hot water facility in the washroom. no mini fridge, no mini bar, Card keys not working. mirror in the washroom and the bathtub was not clean. balcony was not clean! there are spiders as well as insects INSIDE the room. with the kind of money we paid, it is not at all worth staying in the resort. They claim to be a Five star property, but it is as good as a cheap 3 star hotel. welcome drinks were never offered on arrival as mentioned in the details. Pro : Silent and secluded property away from the City, spacious rooms. Prices of the food is as per the services, not very costly, not very cheap.

we enjoyed the property and food but the manager, nagendra, was impolite and was not interested in hearing our concern. we raised our concern about a function which was happening at the property and very loud music was being played at this function, since our check-in time at 2 pm till 11 pm. we told nagendra about it sometime around the evening and he very disrespectfully said it won’t stop and if you have issues you can check out. this is the worst one can expect from somebody serving in a hospitality industry! so, i would give zero point to the property’s hospitality department. if you are looking for a peaceful stay, don’t think of visiting this property.

I visited too many hotels and resorts previously, but this time They offer a room of barely size of a servant room (see the photos). We booked two rooms in kothi heritage, one of them was devoid of any almirah. The bathroom faucet are already broken and the solution provided for that is 'kaam chal jaega". A hotel room of 10x8 feet with no amenities, no room intercom phone and the cost surprising. In the current hotel industry, you expect atleast morning tea by 7 am but here it opens at 8 am. You will find company of spiders in the room. Even they forgot to go with good wall paint. Visit here cautiously.

Pros: 1-The beautiful property and stay was amazing. 2-Very well mannered and polite staff. 3-Best for elderly parents and family. Cons: 1- No inhouse SPA facility. 2- Property is hard to reach at night due to remote location and roads are not in good condition. A very peaceful and relaxing place.
