we went in big gang of friends there in last october.behaviour of the manager was pathetic.in goa u will sense this discremination at most of d hotels n san joao manager had been d worst in this.Indians are Indians.u cant compare our emotions,our way of celebration,culture with a foreigner.you guys should understand that you are earning ur bread sitting in India itself.so please stop this racial discremination.I am also a hotelier based out at Kolkata so I know very well what hospitality does mean.yes it was a reunion tour planned in Goa with some of our old friends and let me remind you each one of us went there with their spouse barring 2 singles but because of you one evening was spoilt.you can show the fancy of saying all these about Indians but had it not been Goa you would not have earned so much from foreigner tourists.you had to depend on indian tourists only.what we wanted is just to get into your swimming pool after 6pm which was beyond your scheduled time slot i agree and being a gentleman and into the same profession i was seeking your permission for that but you kept uttering all those racial words.foreigners are much more disciplined but Indians are not and all those craps.i would like to tell you one thing in this regard that when you yourself go to any foreignland you tend to become a little overcautious as its an unknown land for you.you dont have the same confort level as you have it here in your own country.this sense of insecurity comes to you naturally and i absolutely agree with the fact that indians are indiscipline and rule breakers.it has got nothing to do with indians or non indians but its about someone's education and basic civic sense.Foreigners can also be ruthless and nasty at times.we wanted to do some music in your small hall on the 1st floor ,you had a problem with that also and i know it was not only us but some of your other INDIAN customers also faced this problem that day in front of us.chlorination could have been done after an hour also as you put the chlorine right at the moment in order to stop your INDIAN guests.i pity for you and would like to give this advice that look at the colour of your skin and your passport once if it looks like an INDIAN or a foreigner.we are proud to be Indian and happy the way we are.our date of visit was 27th october if you can recognise me as I took a small learning session of yours at the poolside only concerning the matter.

Below are the pitfall which i have observed. 1. On GoIbibo website it mentioned Parking facility available, whereas there is no parking available from Hotel whereas it is roadside parking and it is to dangerous as no proper guard available in day and in night to keep watch on parking cars. 2. no massage service available 3. when we reached 1st day power was not there night from 7 PM to 11:30 PM in night and it was going at any time in a day as well. 4. hotel do not have the power backup which is really strange as being 2 star from goibibo it do not have power backup. 5. Hotel do not have extension phone facility available every time whatever you need you have to go to reception for giving any order. 6. As with my booking the breakfast was complimentary and hotel management was not aware about it and when i asked then he told he will prepared only continental breakfast containing omlet, slice of bread, coffee/tea and juices and menu is same for all 4 days for breakfast which is pathetic being goibibo hotel. 7.**** There is no facility available for Hot Water in bathroom. 9. Bed are really worst, as it is spring matrices and very old as you can not sleep properly on that and also you can not able to change your side while sleeping. 10. Good part is food but that you have to order before 10:30 PM and when we have order last day before 10:10 PM then their cook was not available and only

ABOUT HOTEL... THE STAY WAS GREAT... I TRAVELED TO GOA ON 28 NOV 14 AND IT WAS COOL STAYING IN THIS HOTEL... THERE WAS ONE BED ROOM HALL KITCHEN WITH A.C., T.V., REFRIGERATOR AND THE INTERIOR WAS PLEASANT GOOD...PEOPLE OF HOTEL WERE GOOD AND CO-OPERATIVE BUT IN THE RESTAURANT WE WONT FIND VEG FOOD.. ABOUT PLACE.. WE STAYED AT BENALIUM WHICH IS NEAR MARGAO AND THERE IN COLVA BEACH WHICH IS GOOD...BUT ONLY THING OF STAYING IN MARGOA CITY IS THAT IT IS FAR FROM PANJI CITY WHERE ALL THE ATTRACTION ARE AVAILABLE. AND FOR COMING BACK TO CITY YOU HAVE TO LEAVE PANJI CITY ATLEAST 8-9 PM AS IT 40KM AWAY FROM PANJI OR OTHERWISE HIRE A CAR

Overall it was a comfortable stay.But the Food was bit expensive.Even though it's a old building, the rooms are spacious enough.7-8km from Margoa.Colva and Benaulim are the nearby beaches where the crowd is less.It's difficult find public transport,better to hire a two wheeler there.A good thing is we got the two wheeler on a phone call from San Joan holiday home.They dropped the vehicle and collected back from the hotel itself.We paid the amount in cash while hiring the vehicle.Overall, It's was good
