Despite being charged Rs. 9000, the accommodation provided was highly unsatisfactory for several reasons. Firstly, the room designated for four people was incredibly cramped and lacked adequate ventilation, making it suffocating and nearly impossible to sleep. Secondly, the cleanliness of the property was subpar, with evident dirtiness and the presence of honey bees and flies within the room, posing a significant health hazard and causing extreme discomfort. Additionally, no fans were provided, exacerbating the already unbearable conditions. These issues severely detracted from our overall experience and fell far below the standard of service expected from your establishment. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify these shortcomings and provide compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Rooms were neat & clean. No water was not provided in room. We need ask them every time. Food was good, If we kept the windows open, then the monkeys will raid your room for snakc & eatables.

not value for money, Hot water issues at evening. Only after arguing they provided hot water.Break fast service is also bad. Room is so expensive but not matching the standard

staff were not cooperative and their services were very poor. asked many times to get hot water. no towels or soap were provided. staff behavior to guests were not friendly.

Overall, we had a great experience with the sandanam villas; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was clean, and recommended for families.
