very bad experience. I booked dulex room but they are not available dulex room I stay small room and the selling of the wall is off . and they didn't give AC remote. and not facilities of water and shower not working. overall poor experience and room in very poor condition. room space very small.

Even if this is the only hotel available in Patiala, I'd recommend you to go to Chandigarh. Everything is horrible not one good thing

The room given was not as shown while booking. The room size was very small. The bathroom was also just horrible. The shower was damaged. Overall the experience was very bad.

The room was not up to grade, noisy bed the staff was not co-operative and didn't even changed the room even on available vacant rooms .. Greedy,, asking for more money above the booking amount.

Spent a lot of time at the reception. Thank you. Rajesh Kumar sir came there. Otherwise, madam would have canceled my booking. They said sir, no booking. The reception was very bad. I waited for 1 hour. Thank you very much. Rajesh Kumar sir. It was difficult in one minute. solver
