In a nutshell I can only say that it was a 'Pathetic experience'. 1st Issue: I booked a non-AC room, but in the room the windows were sealed and there was no ventilation. In this humid heat of summer, we could not sleep the whole night due to the suffocation accompanied by the torture of mosquitoes. 2nd issue: As per the room rate Non AC room was for 800-900 rupees and AC rooms were of 1200-1300 rupees. As we were unable to sleep we requested to change the room and requested to shift us in an AC room. We were ready to pay the extra 400-500rupees. But they did not agree and asked for 700 rupees more for that even though they had the room empty without any guests and booking. 3rd issue: TV was of no use because no channels were subscribed. I think the TV was there only for the purpose of room decoration. 4th issue: Lastly and most importantly we had to face extreme disappointment at the time of lunch. We checked in around 1pm. As we were hungry I asked them if lunch was available then or not. They said it was available so we placed the order at 1:30pm (2 chicken thalis). we waited for 1hr long but we did not receive any update. So we called them at 2:30pm and asked how much more time it would take. They said only after 5 Minutes they will provide lunch in the room. After that we again waited for 30mins then again asked them and they said it is ready and is about to be served. But again 30mins passed, and after that we called them 2times, but the person who took the order did not receive the call anymore. We ordered the lunch at 1:30pm and waited till 4pm but still it was not served. So ultimately, we had to go outside for lunch and had to take the lunch from another restaurant. Even after all of these incidents, the person-in-charge asked for tips at the time of check out. Like seriously!!!! You are providing such services and still dare to ask for tips!!!

1st of all this not a ac deluxe room this is a normal ac room which cost should be maximum 1200/- per night . so plz goibibo don't mentioned a ac deluxe room. and as the room is on ground floor so there is lot of insect in the toilet. and we have pay for the room dut we don't get even mineral water. for all of this we should thank you .

The overall stay was quite good. Location is good, the beach is also near & easily accessible. Extra points to the food, the taste and quantity were really good.
