Location is awesome. Everything is close by. Hotel staffs are polite and helpful.Their behavior is so nice.We met Muthuraman at the reception, he is good.AC is well maintained.Good neat and clean room, Bathroom. Absolutely value for money. Definitely a worth stay.These types of hotels should be promoted so that they can upgrade and give good services.

I enjoyed every bit of my stay with Sea Queen Residency, it is an awesome budget hotel I highly highly highly recommend it! It's centrally located so it's close to everything and the staff are kind and respectful. They're ever so helpful and prompt too! Of ever I come back here I will definitely stay with them again! I loved it!

Hotel is clean and neat. KVB right next to the hotel. A2B right across the street. Very good customer service. They respond immediately If you have any issues. Very close to consulate and VAC. Perfect for consulate visit/visa stamping. They are very flexible with check in and check out timings.
