one of the horrible sty till date the room was sooo untidy i askd the manager of the hotel to change my room as my room toilet was sooo untidy it was smelling sooo badly tht i was about to vomit i was travelling with an infant i hv clearly tld thm to give me a hygenic room bt i tl u the bedsheet was nt cleaned it lookd like a used bedsheet room tv was not working for the entire day outside my room cat have done potty n tht was smelling sooo badly if u ask me to rate it wil be 0 out of 10 no hygiene is maintain the manager doesnt even knw hw to handle the guest if i m complaining him he is just denieing everything worst experience

One of the best places to relax and getaway from the crowd. Parking place is available on site free of cost. The host is very pleasant to talk to. Very kind and helpful. The rooms are huge with a good washroom. Continuous solar water is available. The beds are king size and can accommodate a couple and a kid comfortably. Food is available at a fairly reasonable price. The ambience in the evening is very nice with the soothing music and lighting that they provide. Swimming pool is a good size with a dedicated section for kids. Also this property is pet friendly.

This hotel made my Goa tour awesome with it's clean and safe accommodating and 24/7 helpful staffs. I would recommend every traveller to consider this hotel while travelling to Arambol, North Goa. Manager of this hotel, Mr. Anup is a very humble person and helped me with tour plan, Scooty arrangement, Local food and much more. This place is not crowded as Calangute or Baga. However, this is a nice place for couples or Family with its external areas, lawn, swimming pools and garden.

Property management was so partial n too rude Even they are chargers for water Room booking priority was changed by them.. n we are booking room with breakfast but they allowing us to choose only single item for one time only..n too limited option available on food Pool was too small n dirty Property was isolate from main area Room was good

It was really nice experience, great place to stay, services are good and the beach is only 10min walk away. Comfortable and cozy place with garden and swimming pool. Recommended to all visitors, overall value for money with a great location.✌️

worst experience no tv no soaps no shampoo nothing and no hot water too. very bad place to go in winter worst experience. please don't go to this place in rainy and winter season it's useless
