the property and room are of poor quality, lacking proper lighting and with foul odors from the toilet outlet pipes at every room entrance. additionally, there are no restaurants and breakfast, despite being included, was not provided. overall, my stay was not pleasant. i stayed for two nights, i would not recommend this property. there are other better-maintained hotels located nearby that would be a more suitable choice.

The worst experience we had for first time in Goa. Recurent power issue with no water supply the entire day, no proper response or help by staff. I do not suggest this cottage especially for families and more over we found blood sucking leech in washroom. Waste of money.

Best place to stay in goa with best in class amenities ,excellent and very helpful faculties . Car , Bike n Taxi Rental available here itself. My stay was worth it . Very much hygenic and staff is also so polite

its a good resort near arambol beach but we didn't stayed much as there's nothing much to do near the property...if somebody is really looking for isolation then it's a best place to stay in.
