Seawood Beach Resort

It was a pleasant stay at Tveesa. The support staff are very caring and polite. We stayed at Tveesa for 3 nights and 4 days, here is the overall experience: PROS: 1. The property is very close to Ashwem Beach. Hardly 10 mins walk. If you have a vehicle, you can reach in just 5 mins. Other nearby beaches are Morjim and Arambol, but Ashwem is just the best. 2. Within 5 to 15 mins drive you have many options for Goan authentic food 3. Few shopping options are nearby 4. Breakfast was awesome for all the 3 days. Options were less, but it is enough and satisfactory when they are delicious. 5. Silent and peaceful stay 6. Room was spacious enough with AC 7. Smart TV helped to engage our kid to watch cartoons in YouTube 8. Very good speed Wi-Fi. CONS: 1. Unfortunately, the hot water was not working for all the days we stayed. On the 2nd day a technician came and claimed that he fixed it. But when we checked after coming back to the stay, we found it was still not working. We just ignored it and didn't complain. But we faced problems without hot water. 2. The room we got was very dirty on the day of check-in. Spider webs, hairs, marks, dust and dirt all around. Since we were very tired on the day of arrival, we just checked-in and the next day the housing keeping cleaned the room. The house keeping guy was not that active and every time we had to show him the areas where he needed to clean. 3. Parking space is very limited. Only two cars can get the proper parking, remaining they will adjust and ask you to park to the nearby free gated land and one parking place adjacent to the kitchen which is very congested. But you will definitely get the parking place directed/guided by them. Due to the above three points, I reduced 1 point and rated the stay 4. I'll definitely recommend Tveesa if you want a comfortable stay and delicious breakfast close to Ashwem Beach in North Goa.

Stay was good but. Amenities that were promised were not given like microwave, fridge. Bathrobe bathroom slippers. The refilling of food on the buffet was very slow and less. Less staff. But they were all approachable. The water in the washbasin was smelling. Had to leave the tap running for some time. They did offer another room. But the water snell went after running the tap open for some time, the ambience was good and peaceful. Lots of privacy.Hot was running in the basin sink and not on the bathroom tap. My family in the next rooms too had the problems with hot water. They too had cold water baths.

Room change, water dripping, water coming inside room from washroom. No housekeeping for cleaning. No refrigerator in all rooms. No wifi in rooms Tv s are like show pieces. Manager asking to recharge and see the TV. Electric kettle is there but no tea bags. No water at washroom at night, need to take bucket at swimming pool and use it at washroom. At early morning also same problem. No staff to manage property. No toilet paper No garbage bag Water coming from washroom to bedroom

Beautiful property but worst service. Being a vegetarian, I asked them to serve us chilly cheese in the dinner and they served chilly chicken instead. We had our breakfast included in the package amd guess what, they had only poha and bread toast in their buffet. Had the worst experience of my live to stay in a property like this.
