SEPOY GRANDE

The rooms were good, nice location 👍. But the plot twist is it's not about location and rooms, it's about the service. We called them for a TV issue, person from the front desk said " I'll send you the person for the issue "When I called time was 6:10 pm, but no one showed up for this issue, they didn't have a proper intercom to reach F/O or F/B, it was so annoying to call them on their number, we asked them to just clean up the room they said sari if you're extending your stay we will do 😅😅, we asked them shower cap they didn't gave us that too, they didn't provide Housekeeping number. They didn't have robes, and when I asked the housekeeping lady she said we don't keep such things in the hotel and we don't have. There was a mini fridge that wasn't working, The Room didn't have a good smell and last the lift was so slow and annoying to wait. They have the best poor service 😢 Beyond all this good part is, that the bed was so comfortable 🌟 🌟🌟 🌟🌟. Clean room and restroom 🌟 🌟🌟 🌟🌟. To dear Sepoy Grande, I truly loved staying here, I'll surely come next time but pls don't disappoint me as you people did now when I was in Mysore I've been coming to your beer cafe and events parties you organized, on this exception I came from Ooty! But you people made it worse with very bad service, from a hotel management background I know how hotel runs, and you people are 3-star hotel category but you people didn't match any of those! Except for the building and room ambiance, there is nothing to say it's 3-star. I hope you people will do it better next time😊😊 thank you guess they stay!

10/10... Hotel was too good.. and room was clean and hygiene.. from check in to till check out everything good.. front desk staff welcomed us nicely with her cute smile . and all the staff was co operated nicely .. restaurant food was too yummy . room 10/10 front desk staff receptionist Roja 10/10 restaurant 10/10 service 10/10 supporting staff 10/10 clean 10/10 facilities 10/10

It was a lovely experience staying at Sepoy Grande. Was a bit hesitant looking at the reviews but thankfully we took the right decision. Ms. Roza at the reception helped us after a tiring journey. Hassle free check in and check out. Helpful staff. Ms. Roza also helped with upgrading the room. Took good care of us. Thanks!! Would definitely recommend this one!!

Stay was good and services are great.. especially the food, feels like home food. Kids enjoyed a lot with a stay in Sepoy Grande. Recommendable for family .
