Hi There, First of all, I would like to explain difference between a Hotel and Dharamshala. Hotel is an accommodation where people can stay using facilities provided by the hotel. No one would prefer a hotel where they wont get basics like water in the washroom or may be food or drinking water. I must say one will ger better facilities in dharamshala than what you provide in you so called hotel. As far the photos are concerned they are taken from the entrance of your hotel, the other side is hill and i am sure none of your customers would trek to come to your hotel. Dont misguide anyone by showing the pics of your hotel which ate taken from the hill side and dont claim that the property is on main road not in jungle. Its not me who has shared negatives reviews about your hotel and you especially. It was our mistake to contact you instead of reading reviews of your hotel prioir making the booking...

Pros 1. Nice view /Balcony (Delux Rooms) Cons 1. Around 700M away from the main road down the hill, if you are with luggage you have to use book a personal vehicle which will charge Rs 250/ Trip. 2. Bad Staff. Not at all trained for a basic hospitality. Manager is a real bad fellow. At the time i was checking out had an argument with him. 3. Room Dosen,t look Delux. Bathroom ordinary. Geasers were not working at my time. 4. Away from Mid City around 8-10 Kms. Overall Hands Down.

The hotel location shown is totally wrong on the highway 22 as a attractive. This must be rectified. it is much below the hill where road condition is also worst. One can not reach there with luggage without vehicle. The services is also very poor even when informed them in advance of my coming, the room was not ready and even after that no T V running and no geyser working.

First of all 1 booked it for 4 to 6 it should be for 2 day. Goibibo, give option for check in and check out option... 4 to 6 can be of 2 days. Room charged **more, but they kept us in **room. When I asked for it, they had no other option... It was really a joke. **Anyway, the worst hotel stay ever. It is not at all a good hotel to stay or believe any hotel staff...

I have choose this hotel through Goibibo just spend time with family but this become nightmare for me no cooperation from hotel staff and no water in room dirty bed sheet and blanket fly and cockroach etc. my personal view dont select this hotel moreover I booked this hotel for 2 night with advance payment and leave with in 8 hrs

we stayed in Oct. staffs are very unfriendly and rude. you will not get even water if require, keep calling and they will not listen, this is the service level. better to stay road side or in your vehicle instead of shimla view.
