Dirty rooms, Dirty hotel, spitted room walls, booked room was given to other people and I was made to wait. Then my booked room was made to vacate which was given to someone else. Overall bad experience, dont recommend to anyone, specially family or couples. Good for business travellers gents because of location.

My booked room was given to other people in spite of informing my check in time, kept me waiting to give AC room, Dirty rooms, Dirty spitted walls, small and dirty washroom, cigarette smoke was in room, not good for couples, will never go back again and don't recommend to others.

very narrow space...3 km away from Kanpur station...They have own snacks shop...No warm water provided...Not value for money...TV not working...Gysar also not working... I don't recommend of go with family
