at first he said that there was no rooms left and he didn't accept any bookingsince it was late at night he somehow agreed to give us a room. he asked us whether we can accept a nonac room but my grandfather was reluctant and finally, he gave us a ac room, not good hotel at all.done

Not at all recommended, this hotel is not for single business or family stay, every one hour a couple come to this hotel for 1 hour, i got my booking after one half hour later, once free from those love buds, very bad experience.

location is good, very near to kanpur jhakarkatti bus stand. staff were very cooperative. if you want to stay in kanpur nearby bus or railway station, you can choose this hotel.
