Waste of money! Unpleasant management. Stayed there as my exam centre was close from this pathetic hotel. The guy at the reception kept bothering me to pay my food bill on the second day of arrival even though i had booked the suite room for 5 days and had paid in advance. The house keeping staff and room service staff are well behaved. The quality of food is very poor, had stomach upset. When i ordered food from outside as i was not able to eat their food the manager started harassing me. They don't have 24 hrs kitchen and won't serve even tea until 7:30 in morning. The room was ordinary, NO WIFI, TV had no active subscription to any channel. I had the most unpleasant stay of recent times and even though i had paid for 5 days i stayed there only 3 days, i left the hotel as soon as my work got over from that place and stayed in another hotel as i could not stand such hostile and unprofessional behaviour. Someone should take some action.Unprofessional behaviour of the reception guy and manager.

Very spacious and clean rooms. Bathroom was also very clean. only thing missing was soap holder in shower area and shower curtain (because water from shower area creates mess in the bathroom) Location wise: Good if u r travelling for business in infocity, this is highly recommended. there are many eating joints and entire street food area is walking distance from here. They have in house dining too. For Breakfast, there are limited options but that is not something to complain about. The restaurant is designed keeping in mind the young crowd visiting infocity ( refer pics) This place doesn't burn a hole in your pocket.Even families can consider this place. Staff is courteous and helpful. I travelled with a 8 month old baby and staff was very helpful and courteous. They prepared food for the baby as I asked them to. Rooms are very spacious even after adding an extra bed.

it is a newly constructed hotel , some part of the hotel was still under construction. The location of the hotel is in between KIIT and infocity. Room size is good . they do provide cloth hanger stands in the room but do not have almirah. The only drawback I could find out was , we needed to do early checkout so requested the hotel staff for early breakfast which was not possible so we requested them to give some dry food in the night for which they agreed to but didn't turn up.next day morning when we again asked for it then they provided it but the quantity given was less to what was agreed

The Worst Hotel in which I have stayed.1. There was no WiFi2. During check-out, they charged me an extra Rs. 500 for a person who visited me only for a couple of hours.3. The bathroom accessories are kept to the absolute minimum. Only a Towel is provided.4. One cannot ask for empty plates if u have brought Food from outside or ordered online. You have to buy something from their Restaurant in order to get empty plates, Never ever stay in this hotel

The hotel is neat and clean. Rooms are much bigger than expected with all required amenities. Hotel staff and service are also good. The hotel is situated in a lane and is very near to Sai International School and L. V. PRASAD EYE INSTITUTE. The location is not good for eatery purpose and you need to go out on Infocity avenue road for this. We did not try their restaurant food. Over all experience was very good. Recommended.

Was amazed by the level of sanitisation procedures they followed, hotel worked with minimum staff but never had an issue , everything was well sorted . Location was close to L V Prasad hospital and everything around was well within reach. rooms were super clean and big and washroom was also very clean. Staff was courteous, i will definitely book again whenever I have to visit Bhubaneswar.

Room is good, hotel is clean. Ambience is good as well. Service is not that good. They don’t provide enough towels, one needs to repeatedly ask for it. Two towels in a room is not a norm as per them.Dental kit not available. Toiletries are just OK.But for the amount paid, stopped expecting more on the service side.

Hotel is good and staff is nice and polite. I stayed for one day and I like it. The basic amneties were also provided on time. Located near the IT PARK. So transport facility is also very good.

This is the third time I stayed at Shubham Grand. complimentary breakfast does not have much choices. But food is good and staffs are cordial. Very spacious and clean rooms to stay

ac was not working. no wardrobe available. got reply that budget room do not have wardrobe. only 500 ml water supplied. budget friendly guests are not well accepted by them.
