I would say its a budget hotel at a 'not that great' location in South Goa but they are doing a great job in providing good quality service to their customers. Rooms are small but neat and clean. For the price I paid through IBIBO I couldn't have asked for more. But better to have your own vehicle when booking this place since the stretch of road is pretty desolate at night, but nothing unsafe. By evening the place becomes very quiet and there in nothing 'happening' in or around the resort, so come back only to sleep when you are done partying.

Hotel is good. Located in peaceful location near to Fatrade beach. Beach around 15-20min walk. PROS: Peaceful location Maintained room Garden area Near to small beach Food is delicious Staff is courteous No disturbance for families Swimming pool Balconies with rooms CONS: Room size is small but good for 2persons Breakfast is not buffet however delicious No disturbance. Its an excellent property. All the facilities and management are well managed. Hotel is value for money. Service and all are also fine over there. Nice people are working over there. Food was awesome over there. Hotel is located at the prime location and very easy to access the hotel. Nice amenities and comfortable check in and check out. Hotel is very clean.

I stayed here for 4 days, the location is nice, the service is ok. There are difficulties in the payments as their swipe machine did not work at all and the only mode of payment left is cash, so card holders keep cash with you. Regarding the service, it is ok. More opportunities available, but if you are looking for peace, you will get it here.

The hotel is well maintained and the staff is really nice and friendly. Just one point which bothered me was its location. Rest its a value for money hotel. Although the bikes rented to us were expensive than what we got in North Goa and the condition of activas were also not that great according to the price.

A really enjoyable stay in South Goa. We had a quick check in, pleasant and clean room and bathroom. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were courteous and helpful, but not always quick. It's not very close to the beach, but the decent sized pool made up for it. Overall, a solid recommendation for a stay.
