Very spacious, neat rooms. Bathroom is clean and hygienic. Sufficient lugguage and storage facility. Swimming pool is well maintained. Excellent location, being close to town center as well as Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary entry ticket counter. Buffet Breakfast is excellent with sufficient varieties to choose from. Dishes are tasty. Very courteous staff. Romm service is prompt. Only thing I found needing improvement is Sofa upholstery. It is soiled and tells the age of the property. It needs replacement. Overall I had avery satisfactory stay here and would recommend this hotel to any tourists. Spacious room.

Room size is huge, clean and well furnished. Pool, parking facility is available. We did not try the food, so cannot comment on food quality. The toilet and bath tub were old and in dilapidated condition. Although the property was clean, the toilet and bath tub had stains, which didn't look appealing at all. For this price, breakfast was not complimentary, which was disappointing. Rest everything was fine.

Good resort to spend time, neat rooms, hygiene bathrooms, ambience is perfect. The restaurant facility is also good and we can get variety of breakfast and dinner, but lunch is not available. The staffs are good, but they can be more informative about thekkady visiting spots. Parking facility is very less though compared to the number of rooms. Overall good experience.

The place was a disappointment per rate comparison, they call it a resort but the only thing is a small pool and a carrom board which lacks nets..we had power go off thrice at night and there was no backup...on calling up reception they came up and fixed a fuse or something.
