The Hotel has a great location close to ashvem beach but the service is very bad. The staff did not pay any attention to any issues... Had kept the dustbins outside to be cleared... it was still lying there waiting to be cleared till the time of checkout... the doors of the balcony had no lock... the chairs kept were broken.. the room was close to the staircase and was easily accessable with a simple climb to the balcony and inside the room, safety concerns were our huge problem as the rooms did not have any safe to keep our belongings, the electric sockets were all broken and damaged... the electric switchgear were away from the bed which made no sense... daily we were supposed to get 2 bottles of water which was mentioned complimentary...even that was not given... the breakfast package which was taken was shody as hell, had only 2 options - bread omelette and aloo paratha, the staff even informed us that there was no milk in their kitchen, and hence serving tea and coffee will be an issue...

The hotel didn't know about our booking, so despite having checked-in as late as 4pm the rooms were not ready. Having booked Deluxe rooms, realized all rooms in the hotel are the same, so why pay extra? One room's a/c didn't work. Tv in all rooms doesn't work. Geyser doesn't work so no hot water. No complimentary water. No toiletries in the bathroom. Horrible service. It's only the location and the view from the second floor thats the only plus point.

photos from the balcony View was great. But lot of issues with service. Power outage issues every morning for a few hours. They did not even have inverter back-up one morning and no response from service staff. TV did not have cable. Walls were damp and stained. Otherwise clean rooms, stocked mini fridge and good bed. Not bad for the price only if they improve the service.

the place is in a fantastic location if you want to get away from the busy crowds. right in front of the beach with 24/7 access. the resort stops serving post 10:30pm whish don't work for people on vacation. also the cleanliness could have been better in the room and at the restaurant. too mosquitoes and bugs and frogs in the room.

The food is not so good in this property. The property entrance is from the main road but the property is 500 meters above the sea level. There was only one staff in the property and his behavior was good. he room and the washroom was also clean. Overall I had a good and comfortable stay in this property.

It was a gratifying experience in this resort however room service was not good enough. Food was not so great, staffs were well behaved and accommodation was clean as per my expectation. Free parking & free Wii facility was available however location was odd but in the prime area.

Clean room, very polite and caring staff and helpful owner. They went out of their way even to get us things from nearby market because shops were closed and I couldnt drive any vehicle coz of accident I had. Highly recommend. Sarvesh, Sachin and Pankaj - thank you guys!

Cons: 1. Staff behaviour is not good. 2. Complementary breafast is not recommended, plus it is limited to one paratha or bread omlet. And menu will be same all the week. 3. Washrooms are stinky. Pros: 1. Hotel location is good. 2. Owner is very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful experience with casa the la mar. Sea view rooms, and opposite to asvem beach. Hotel staff was helping and nice behaviour. Room was neet and clean.
