A Peaceful Family Getaway at Simla, the Village Hotel – Highly Recommended! We stayed at Simla, the Village Hotel for four nights with our full family and absolutely loved the experience. Located just 15 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Shimla town, the hotel offers a peaceful and scenic retreat. We booked two rooms — one executive and one deluxe. The executive room was especially spacious and offered a stunning view of the Shimla hills right from the window. Both rooms were impeccably clean, and the bathrooms were modern and well-maintained. Throughout our stay, we dined exclusively at their in-house kitchen, and we were never disappointed. The food was consistently delicious, with good variety and authentic taste — a real highlight of the trip. The staff deserves a special mention for being extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. The hotel also assisted us with taxi arrangements for local sightseeing, which made our travel around Shimla very smooth. We’d definitely love to come back.
