Overall, my stay at the hotel was disappointing. While the staff were polite and very helpful, the room size was small, even for a super deluxe room and there is no view as such. Only a road and some trees can be seen from window. Parking we could get so that was okay. The lack of power backup was a major issue, especially during heavy rain which happened when we were there, we were left in darkness for almost 10 hours. Since I was with family, it became quite hard to use washrooms in darkness and owner's absence meant there was no solution to the problem, and the lack of emergency lights compounded the issue. Additionally, the water supply stopped by morning, forcing us to escalate the concern to customer care and we could get just two buckets of water. In short , given the price and overall experience, I would not recommend this hotel. One can get a better property near mall road in lesser or similar price.

amazing stay nice stay very close to mall road we use to go there through lift it was nice pleasant and cheap stay owner and manager both are good just few things are you should consider which is they charge extra for the heater which is very common practice in whole shimla and manali too i think otherwise everything was perfect at good price

Rooms are smaller than expectations.there was almirah for luggage but not in good condition.Wifi didn't not offer by themselves.Only two things are good.. location is calm and the service boy's behaviour and his services. You can stay there for short period if you are not more than two persons.

All good but there are some area where you need work on... like please have a follow up your stayers that stayers have any need or not want dinner or not ... including breakfast must have different menus so that customer must enjoy the hotels food and staying as much as they can.

Central location, comfortable stay, clean rooms.The rooms are basic with all necessary amenities available.Don't just go by the review this is a good place for budget traveller The staff is very humble and AccommodativeDo meet the caretaker Mr Rajendra he is a great guy

Very humble staff. Property located nearby mall road. Public transport is available and you cna go walking as well If you are a budget traveller this will be your best option near centre Rajendra the caretaker is a good hearted person

Good budget stay, walking distance from the mall lift area. Helpful caretaker and staff. Only thing is the uphill climb if you are coming from Chandigarh side, with less space in front of the hotel to park car.

Proper hygiene, Great staff, cozy room. The only thing that I disliked was the bathroom ceiling(it was just too low, had to keep my head down all the time while i was inside). Other than pretty good place.

Staff is really nice, very helpful, Location is little far from mall road. But nice rooms and tasty food. Make sure you choose premium room only. Other rooms are very small and not value for money.
