It was a good stay , the receptionist had good behaviour and helped me out very well whenever I asked him . Few problems which I faced in my stay - fridge didn’t have cooling , bathroom tiles damaged and falling , no hairdryer , the bed corners were shabby and wood could be seen , the cleaning behind curtains was not done , TV connection had problem and was not repaired . Bathroom was good and spacious . They do not provide RO . Rest is okay . You are paying the price for location and close proximity to Lajpat Nagar market and main road . Nearby haldiraam and sandoz restraunt . Staff was very good and prompt . Else it’s was an okay okay stay . Fulfilled the purpose . It was good From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The check-in process was swift and seamless, with the staff providing a thorough overview of the hotel’s amenities and services. The lobby itself is a masterpiece, featuring stunning chandeliers and elegant decor that immediately sets the tone for a luxurious stay.

The hotel is situated at a prime location and that makes it easily accesible from all the major areas.The check-in process was swift and the staff was co-operative and provided prompt services.The breakfast buffet was ok but it can defintly be worked upon by changing the menu and adding some more stuff.Overall we had a pleasant stay.
