GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE I COULDN'T GIVE ZERO! Don't Waste your money and time booking this hotel. The So-called Receptionists and the staff Extremely rude and inhospitable. The Hotel description clearly mentioned that unmarried couples above the age of 18 are allowed. Me and my partner were both well over the required age. But during check-in, the receptionist intentionally made us wait for nearly an hour claiming that we were too young. When I mentioned it, he couldn't even answer my question. After a frustrating hour, they called a person who apparently, is the boss. Another staff kept asking our purpose of stay even though I mentioned it several times already. Made us show the tickets of the concert which was completely unnecessary. I couldn't change the hotel because I paid already and it is non-refundable. After a long time, they finally allotted a room which barely qualifies to it's name. They just freshly painted it that morning and the room reeked of paint. When I asked to change the room, they said other rooms are unavailable. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR SANITY BY AVOIDING THIS HOTEL

The rooms have limited lighting, 2 out of 3 plug points did not work. If you really need plug points to charge your electronic gadgets better carry your our extension cord if you book this hotel. Hot water was not available. The hotel staff said hot water will be available for 5 am to 9 am. But it was not available on both the days. If you really want hot water better carry your own heating coil if you book a room in this hotel. This is a facility with 36 rooms but has a car parking facility for a max of 5 cars. Even the car parking is horrible and congested. While you are driving up and down the ramp for parking you car it tends to slip as their ramp is smooth and not made properly. Only good thing with this facility is it's location in the heart of Madurai city.

Very bad experience, After check in i registered a complaint regarding room size, Bed linen stains & rooms under construction. but there is no response from the customer care of goibibo. Just got a message that they will sort out the problem in 2 hours. but no call or solution made. After 5hrs i get a msg that Happy stay at the hotel, the msg is highly mismatched to my complaint. No refund, No solution, No proper response. how can i recommend this app to my colleague, friends, family ??

the hotel felt somewhat okay for that locality. but the admin staff, old uncle who doesn't have any kind of patience and will shout at you for no reason. if you are booking rooms, they are not going to give you rooms. will make you wait for half a day with all your belongings. mean time you have to fight and the hotel management to allocate rooms for you. only one guy in that hotel was helping us! good luck to all other folks booking that hotel.

called that respective number, and asked about early check in, they asked 500rs for that. and they told room is 12 hrs only. they told check in at 12.30 PM only. room i booked is double room bed with ac, but they provided single bed with ac. they have not provided ac remote. they charged for 2liter eater bottle for 40rs. ther is no power back up.

it was a horrible stay, i already mentioned we are 5 adults and 3 kids at the time of hotel booking,but they didn't provide any additional mattress.even they didn't serve drinking water without charge . never book this place for stay, best economic stay in madurai bangur yaatri niwas. so prefer this place with out hesitation cheap and best

The accommodation is not suitable for families. The rooms are built with wooden boards, and the lighting is poor, with only small LEDs inside and outside—no tube lights. Additionally, there is no drinking water available, and guests must purchase it every time. It might be acceptable for a single person but not recommended for families.

no hot water supply was provided in bathroom, no shower in the bathroom, size of the room provided for three members was very small. body shower wasn’t provided, 2 large towel and one small tower only provided for three members. the bed wasn’t comfy it was like a hard rubber. room wasn’t clean either.

I could not check in on the booking date. Hotel staff had verbally confirmed over phone that I can check in next day as per my request. But at the check in time, staff had said that no rooms were available and argued with me. Please arrange a refund since I did not stay at the hotel.

pictures shared by hotel for the rooms are not even comparable to what we got. we stayed in a standard ac room and it was really bad. room were very small with paint coming off the walls. bathroom was also not clean

hotel room given to me non ac, full of mosquito in room baathroom was very consuted rooms light like a candle 🕯️ very bad experience please my humble request to you that don't insist this kind of hotels

Worst rooms. No blanket provided and because of mosquitoes we where not able to sleep. Washroom are also not clean. Unhygienic and pathetic rooms.
