Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay. Located slightly further away from city centre and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest. Room design is contemporary and I like it a lot. If hotel could provide covered car park, that will be great Nice cosy room. Newly refurbished room, bathroom was cleaned and bad was comfortable. Nice lobby with some sort grand old fashioned decor staffs were very friendly and service were excellent. Definitely will come back and stay here

The hotel receptionist was very rude. we had booked this hotel with early check-in after confirming with hotel staff through call. When we arrived at the hotel in the morning the receptionist denied the check in and we waited for 1hr then he provided a smaller room. After 12PM he got us a room which was not even a family suite which we had booked. For us it was a very bad experience. I will not recommend anyone to book this hotel.

Place was very good. Had everything necessary, was clean and nice, respectful staff and good food. If i need to stay overnight near the airport again, this will be my place of choice A good budget friendly stay especially for transits to the airport. Loved the fact that they've employed specially abled staff as well. Keep the good work going. Would definitely like to come stay again.

Very bad I have booked deluxe triple room , but he has given me single room not working AC. Even I chosen flexi check in but they did not allow me to claim. Even checkout wasn’t done properly. The staff wasn’t genuine.What feed back literally I faced with the problem, even no cleaning very dirty blankets. No proper receiving.

Washrooms could have been better.There are cockroaches in the room so it's okay for a one night stay.The hotel doesn't have a board outside so found that shady.Beds were good.Use the room with your eyes partially closed.Not the right place for cleanliness freaks.Overall theek thak for a very short stay and the charges.

it was close to the airport which was exactly what we needed for our layover - especially since the staff at Delhi airport won,t let you in untill your flight is soon the hotel staff was very nice and helpful managed out taxi to the airport

Our room and washroom everything was very clean. Staff was helpful, food quality was good, breakfast was good. If you want to book near Delhi Airport then this is a great option. Good management, well organized and helpful staff.

hotel is very third class. pls don't give the priority this hotel very pathetic. even drinage is very good to stay. No hygiene food provides amendment is not well. staff is not well organised.

The hotel is situated slightly away from the main road and a cab cannot go through. The bed was damp. AC was not working.
