My experience at the hotel was below expectations due to several cleanliness and maintenance issues. The rooms were not properly cleaned, as one would expect from a hotel. The door mats were very dirty, and there were dust particles along the edges of the walls. The bedsheets and pillows did not seem fresh or clean. Additionally, there was no timely food service available, which was quite inconvenient. The door hinges also had issues and were not locking properly, raising safety concerns. I hope these matters are addressed to improve the quality of stay for future guests.

room was neat and tidy room service was prompt well ventilated with a nice window. ample storage space for my luggage tv was working. the toilet was very clean and looked well the room especially looked bright with pleasing shades of whites and wood color. very modern and i had a pleasant stay. thank you
