Horrible Experience. Money minded receptionist.Had there been an option of negative rating this hotel deserves it in all means.We booked an Executive double room with breakfast option and paid accordingly. Not only they NOT provided any breakfast but even the room provided was very small and bathroom was so compact that one could only stand between commode & the door to take a shower.Behaviour of the receptionist was equally so irritating and unprofessional. When we enquired for an early check-in they allowed us stating there won't be any extra charges but the very night they told us there is an outstanding balance for one extra day. When we argued that we were told by the staff that there won't be any extra charge, the receptionist said it's not their fault because the staffs are unaware and it's completely our fault to checkin early given that the checkin time is 12pm. He shouted at us that we will have to pay for the whole day room cost even just for 4 hours before early checkin. At night we were forced to leave the hotel early morning by 4am or else we were asked to pay double the price of one day charges (what we paid at the time of booking).In short this hotel is worst in any sense .. only the location is fine especially that receptionist. NOT recommended even to solo travelers.

very happy to stay here. small rooms but very clean and pleasant. they are traveller supportive staff. they give us much more time to leave the hotel it help me more comfortable for my return journey. Thank you the hotel reception and supporting staff is very kind. if anything we need the staff will react immediately and helps us😊

For this price I would have got a better room, I booked twin beds room is so small and there is no landline, I booked this hotel with breakfast but there is no facility available, charged 300 extra with me but no breakfast.
