I was stayed in this hut. No Wi Fi Working. No Drinking Water. No water for taking bath. And the most worst thing about the hut is the location. they shown on the map that this is only 800m away from the mall road, but the truth is different. this is on the top of the mountain. and for reaching there we spend 1000 rupees for the cab. and the 2nd most worst thing is the Service. No food in this hotel and no service boy in night for anything like water and everything. from the next time we will not visit there.

location is far from the lake if you are not a seasoned driver. being from Delhi we were not comfortable driving to this place and it's better to stay on the main mall road. food was tasteless.. you can say the cook cannot cook. tv was not working. I will not suggest this place unless you are not able to get the room for some reason. spend 30 minutes on mall road and negotiate toget a safe place to stay there. this place is not for family people.

hotel is good but the only problem is it is 2 kms above lake so you need to book a cab from mall road at ₹ to reach the hotel and if you want to come down then you also need to get a cab, if you have your own vehicle then it is fine. The other problem is that you hear a lot of voice from other room there is zero sound isolation in rooms.

There are all bad things some of given bellow1. There are no water in washroom for bath and wash hand and washroom, I spend a whole day without water and when ask about it to manager he says - Pani nhi hai to nhi hai me kya kar sakta hu.2 . Tv not working3. Entercom not working4. No cleanness Rude bahaivier by manager...

Just wrost, food was so unhygenic, plates were not even clean, and tea had a 🦟 in it, even water to drink was given in smelly and dirty bottles, and that towel mann idk when they last cleaned it!! very bad hotel, guys plz do not waste ur money here!! honestly speaking

owner is very nice and it is very near to himalaya view. please call hotel before going to hotel as google map give you the direction which is good for bike. not for car so please talk to local and owner. price is reasonable.

this is the horrible property Nainital, Uttarakhand is very poor, All the things available in the room are very dirty state. Washroom is very poor condition, overall this property is not up to mark.

Plz don't go to this stay really don't book it. ull get ugliest room and the way to this stay is really very difficult and the owner told don't roam outside orelse ull meet a cheetah.

Remote location difficult to find. Rooms are not built properly, no sound insulation, you hear a lot of noise from other rooms. Not recommended.
