Firat they privide a room worthout lock and ac is not working 1 hour of my time is waste in that room the worst experice in southern residency then i contact them and tell my issue they take more time for change tha room then after 1 hour they provide another room and that was nice and clean exept this issue that was an okey okey experiance and the 2 nd room was good thankyou...

We booked this room for bridal makeover shoot. They asked 500 extra payment for a guest.. and we paid extra cash .. then front office staff say your check out time is 11 am please leave on time.. but our booking slip shows 12 pm is the vacating time. Room is clean. But the smell coming from the bathroom is very worst..

excellent room with clean and neat bathroom and every amenities was good. The only thing i felt missing was the kettle and hangers for the clothes rest everything was really good,, perfect for family,, good parking and location was also very good..

Totally bad experience. Matress and pillow covers were dirty, bad odor coming from bathroom because of poor ventilation in the room. Very laid back behavior of staff and only 1 water bottle is given after that you will have to pay to drink water.

horrible stay, electricity was off for 3 hours, room had mosquitos, they didn’t even provide a repellent, the room service lack basic amenities like chilled water, the bathroom had broken toilet seat and hangers. not recommended at all
