We Checked-in at 9 pm on 19/11/21. Loud music was being played on the lawns. When complained at the Reception, they said that a Wedding is being conducted and we have to bear with them till 11 pm.Though we were very tired, we could not sleep due to the loud music.We booked 2 Suite rooms for our family. We were allotted an apartment with 2 bedrooms, a Drawing room, a Dining room, and an open kitchen. The bedrooms and attached bathrooms were tiny. We felt like Alice in Wonderland.'Suite rooms' is too big a word for bedrooms. The apartment felt like a middle-class apartment. The rent felt a bit high. The service is ok. It is located very far away from the town. It did not feel like worth traveling that distance and spending that money.If you could not find any other accommodation in North Goa (this should be your last choice), only then you should choose this. Food is average.The bathroom tiles are very slippery. Guests of all ages should move around very slowly in the bathroom. They wanted to avoid providing buckets and mugs in the bathroom. We have to ask the Housekeeping for a bucket and mug.During peak days, service is very slow (as they have limited staff)

It was a worst stay.....Undoubtedly the property is good...but the staff members will definitely defame it..... They agree on every condition of client..but once you booked the room....they will deny....all the things...actually they put false promises...with the client...Room service is Zero......Staff members are not cooperative....at all.......Overall experience to stay in this hotel was very much upsetting....If u r planning to stay in this hotel....I suggest you....don't...go for it...... I am very much disappointing......One more thing I would to share with you all...there is a staff member there...usually stays at the reception ......he is not at all a reliable person......

Hotel is a must stay place in goa the hotel ambience , hotel loacation , hotels services everything is just faboulus staff is very cooperative, breakfast is super good,the only drawback hotel have is that its a bit far away from main market areas but if u got a vehicle of yourself there then there is no problem, its very nice, peacful, and fantastic location to stay

Location was good. Staff was co-operative. Swimming pool ,gym,spa and garden were also available.Security was quite strict there. Free wifi/internet facility was an added advantage for me as I could stay connected across the globe. Caretaker handled all of my services very professionally.

it was aweosme place stay for family and even for balchors .lovely staff and nice tasty indian food.near by from mojrom and mandrem beach. rooms are big specious.love to visit again.thank you. lovely staff...friendly room service.must try if you like pieceful surrounding

1. Rooms were not sanitized nn2. Old undergarments of the previous occupant was still hanging in the bathroomsnn3. The room service guys had switched off there phone’s. But their mobiles between themselves were working fine. nn4. Balconies were very poorly maintained

Location was not easily accessible. Food was good. Swimming pool,gym,spa and garden were also available. It was near to the morjim beach. Overall it was good services. Free wi-fi was also available. Security was quite strict. Overall it was good services.

It was not like 5 star hotel but like home stay. Swimming poll, gym,spa and garden were also available. They provided me router for internet. There was no driver to park my car and parking was far. I tried food and it was Ok. Staff was co-operative.
