I stayed in Sree Visakh for two days from 22 to 24 december. I booked a non-ac room in reasonable price ***8 during diwali offer. I reached kovalam by bus and asked an auto driver about the hotel, he asked for 100 Rs and told us wrong direction. I immediately called to hotel and unexpectedly manager came to pick up us. Hotel is at stone throwing distance from bus stop. Hence bus drops you at the point from where u can walk to the beach. Finally I checked in the room at 2nd floor. After 2-3 hours I found some minor issues in the room. I informed to manager and he immediately upgraded our room to AC suite. I was surprised totally with his courtsey. His sentence ' you are our guest and we don't want any trouble for you' gave fine impression. Rest of our time in kovalam was peaceful. Hotel has its own restaurant in the basement. Food is nice. We had complementary breakfast which was nice. I searched for food outside but finally ***** to our hotel. I am satisfied with the service.

Very bad hospitality...As soon as we arrived at the hotel we were told that no room is available..One room has been arranged in some other hotel which is far away. In spite of our repeated requests we were almost forcefully taken to that hotel and was offered a substandard room. Then after so much request the manager of that hotel arranged a good room for us.I can rate that hotel good rating but definitely not to this hotel.Their manager is so rude. Beware from booking in this hotel.

I stayed there for one day . staff was very courteous and friendly. I would like to mention specially reception staff and fnb , all were very helpful. hotel's location is near to kovalam beach . it's just 2 min walk-in distance from the hotel . breakfast was awesome. I strongly recommend to those travelers who are looking a good hotel with cheap price and good services.they can try this hotel.... keep it up.....

Most amazing hotel with best room service. Had a really very comfortable n pleasant stay. Location wise perfect hotel, you need not to search as it is at the bus stop itself and just 2 min walking distance from the beach. Thanks for the hospitality. Highly recommended to stay at this hotel in kovalam..!!

The hotel staff were good, smiling faces... Helpful.. I Reached hotel at 4pm at the check in time I askd for hot water they instantly provided . Rooms were clean and the staff were cooperative.
