It was the worst experience ever. Never go to this hotel and never book. The customer care is useless. They are cheating customers. They are showing fake photos. For a room worth less than 200 rs,. There is no one to check you in to the property had to wait for 30 mts. Then one rude person came and told they dont accept booking. Then after one hour of fight, they gave the room. The room was stingy, dirty and very shabby and small. Very very old. The bed is very small even though they charge for a double bed. There is no cupboard or almirah to keep things, no facilities at all. The toilet is an indian closet, very dirty and difficult to use. No hot water. No lift. Nothing. Reported to customer care. They gave no answer. The hotel manager is not attending calls. Customer care is very bad.

First of all i didn't stay at sreekrishna residency. I booked sreekrishna residency on 3 days prior to the date and as per goibibo policy i paid entire amount on 05/06/25.on 06/6/25 when i reach there sreekrishna residency informed that they have no room then after some discussion they gave room on another lodge with no car parking facilities we went there with family so we have no other option and we stayed at the lodge provided by them
