During my recent stay at the SSJ Residency Hotel at chennai. I found the overall experience to be pleasant. The room was well maintained and clean, in addition to being accessible to several local attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, however the location was very very confusing since its not exactly on the main road, it took me time to navigate to the hotel. Although the cost of the stay was very much affordable and inexpensive, the quality of services provided was okay and not as I expected. Overall, my stay at the SSJ Review Hotel could best be described as satisfactory, earning a rating of 3.5 out of 5 stars. It was worth the money spent.

"i had a disappointing stay at this hotel. the location was undesirable, situated on a narrow and dirty road lined with beef, chicken, and mutton stalls. the overwhelming stench was unbearable, making it impossible for me to rest in the room for even two hours. the hotel lacked basic amenities, including hot water facilities. the toilet had an outdated indian closet, and bath towels and other essentials were not provided. overall, my experience was subpar, and i would not recommend this hotel to others."

Sometimes there was water issues in the washroom. Cable connection was not working and hence they had changed the TV. The main issue was Wi Fi was not working at all. They do not have restaurant in the property. Cleanliness of the room was good. The property is 300 meters from the main road.

It was a beautiful experience in this property, quality rooms and amenities and standard services by the staffs. Property location was very much convenient for me. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

They give nothing which is mention in a inclusion. Even for changing dustbin I have to pickup and give outside of the room. Bad experience.

It's not a hotel. Just a lodge. I am unable to stay and checked out. Don't book it and it is not worthy for the price they quote also.
