St. Rickys Apartment Hotel by Privy Stays

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received from your hotel. Due to an unforeseen and tragic death in my family, I was unable to fulfil my reservation. Despite informing your team and providing proof of the emergency, I was flatly denied a refund. The lack of empathy and refusal to accommodate such a genuine and heartbreaking situation reflects poor customer service. Emergencies are unpredictable, and the rigid, uncaring response I experienced shows a complete disregard for guest well-being. I expected a higher standard of service and consideration. Instead, I have been left with a terrible impression of your establishment, one I will not hesitate to share with others. I urge you to reconsider your stance and resolve this matter fairly.

hi there,please find attached some photos 📸 from my stay at st. rickys apartment hotel by privystays in alibaug. the room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable visit. the staff was incredibly courteous and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. the location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and beautiful views of the surroundings.overall, it was a wonderful stay, and i would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent and spacious rooms…cooperative and polite staff…only thing missing is waiting area.. we arrived early before check in time but there was no waiting area..food takes long time to come once u place the order… and only disappointing thing is kitchen was not open for most of the time.. they have limited timings for breakfast, lunch and dinner

Smooth check in they gave us an early check in we reached 2 hours prior on this location and was exhausted by travelling, staff is hospitable and the food is awesome.The apartment was very amazing, and located near alibaug and varsoli beach. A quiet and sober stay for couples without any disturbance.
