Our recent trip was an absolute success, filled with fun and wonderful experiences, all made possible by the outstanding support of the hotel staff. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Miss Prabhjoot from the travel desk, she ensured our journey was smooth and enjoyable. She greeted us with a lovely smile and welcome drinks were provided she took care of all our travel arrangements, from airport transfers to sightseeing, all at very reasonable rates. Her kindness and efficiency truly made a difference! While checking in, we had to wait a bit for our room, but Mr. Rahul at the reception was incredibly courteous and helpful. He guided us well and made sure we had the best experience. The rooftop café is a must-visit, the view is breathtaking, and the ambiance is simply perfect for relaxation. One moment that truly touched us was on the day of our checkout. Unfortunately, my wife and I fell ill due to food poisoning, and at 3 AM, we had no cab options available. The receptionist (I regret not taking his name) went above and beyond to arrange an electric vehicle and ensured my wife was taken to the nearest hospital promptly. His quick thinking and genuine concern were truly commendable. A heartfelt thank you to Prabhjoot, Rahul, and the entire team for making this trip memorable. Their dedication and hospitality ensured we had a fantastic experience despite the challenges. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a team that truly cares! I would definately come back to this hotel.

It was a perfect stay at Golden Lagoon. We reached Amritsar on a day when Police had cordoned off the central area around Golden Temple due to the incident with Dr Ambedkar statue and no cabs were running. Mr Prabh had got in touch with me a day before asking to contact him if a cab was required. This was great service as the hotel arranged an e-rickshaw for us when nothing was moving on the road. The room we stayed in was of Executive category facing the Jallianwala Bagh. Very spacious, neat and well- furnished. Room service was punctual and food quality was very good especially of North Indian food. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone requiring quick access to Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh. Well-furnished rooms, quick room service and good food!

Loved the stay over here!!! The hotel is just 2mina walking to shri darbar sahib ji and is located in a good market place. Great and very cooperative staff. The room 303 jallianwala executive was very spacious and the view from the window was of jallianwala bagh Bathroom was also very clean and all the toilet essentials were provided by hotel. We stayed for 3 nights there and daily cleaning of room and bathroom were done. Hotel has its own Masala darbar restaurant which offers different varieties of delicious foodOverall it was a good experience and we will again book this hotel in our next visit to amritsar
