The overall experience was good, highly recommended to all types of travellers, spacious room.clean washroom , politely staff, supporting staff as for family hotel.near by new delhi railway station just 5-10 minutes walking distance and same , near metro station R K Ashram Marg, near market main bazar we are starting in this hotel with my , opposite new delhi railway very broker toke to me this hotel not good but .we diside we are going hotel then we will check. after we are staying hotel we are safe and satisfied staying in this hotel sterling in delhi , we are recommended my all friends and family

on checking in the hotel we did not get the deluxe room we had booked. instead we got some other 2 bedded room.the lane (chandigali)leading to hotel is quite narrow due to which uber etc could not drop us in front of hotel. pros: hotel staff is cordial and polite.

very congested area, not recommended to stay with family. very suffocating stay , lift is not working and ac not in good shape. ac control is with the manager only. they don’t even provide drinking water. only recommended for bachelor for couple of hour stay .

decent hotel with budget price, staffing and availability of food on call. only that there is no direct access and one needs to go through the chandi Wali Gali.. but once you are at the hotel.. most of the amenities are available as committed.

well the experience was pleasant. The room and washroom was clean. 10/15 min walking distance from New Delhi Station and Metro station. The service given to the staff was also good. Overall it's a good place to stay under budget.

the hotel situated inside a gully no proper road to hotel cabs and auto not allowed very difficult to get there the owner is not much welcoming rooms are average. satisfactory experience

It's a very bad experience to stay there...not suitable for stay there for family members....rooms are too dirty and not well maintained.....behavior of manager is not satisfactory....
