no electricity working. lights are also not working nothing is working there where stray dogs inside the hotels very bad hotel don't trust on other reviews that receptionist force you to take picture and write good comments on the property

they didn't let us have our ordered food and we had to check out in an hour of checking in. the man in the reception misbehaved as we requested him to allow the food, which wasn't available on their menu. very rude behaviour

it was a really great experience to stay in sterling. the food the stay everything was great. and even the receptionist was really polite and helpful. I enjoyed my stay. everything is good at sterling residency

there was no hand wash in the bathroom. the bedsheet and towel was not cleaned properly. apart from the cleanliness the staff was good helpful and the check in was smooth.

I have booked only Non AC room, room size are good but washroom facility avg . Food charges are doubled as comparative to outside. Not allowed any thing from outside

Nice hotel, but costly. If couples, no questions asked. The room is very close to the booking table, so they may hear your sounds 😀. Up the volume of TV

A.C was not working. Room was not properly clean. There was too much dust. But the service was good.
