HOTEL SUDARSHAN

The hotel looks good from outside. I booked a family suite and had a worse hotel stay experience.I relied on review of 4+ rating and that was my mistake. I don't know the property before publishing the review.I personally don't like to writing bad review but my experience made me do so. I believe in always a 2nd chance and an improvement area for everyone but my experience with this property is pathetic. I stayed with my family for 2 days in Pelling in this hotel. The hotel staffs are really good (always available for service) but the property is very old, out of maintenance and a telecom tower on the top that makes noise at night. The family suite we stayed was spacious but the condition was below 2 star hotel and spotless. The bed sheet was dirty and wash room was full on dirt no house keeping done before check in. Request you all go through the photos I have added to the post. First day we somehow managed to stay but on the 2nd day one of the beds broke and the photo of the same is on my post (the hotel stuff changed it immediately)Some of the rooms are good but not upto the mark. Please avoid if you are planning with your family in this hotel. In Pelling there are other hotels better than this property at almost same amount.Please note: The service could have been good, if they could have taken care of the above concern before we came across. Here is to the owner of this property: Please focus on improving the property from inside not outside. The amount you charge is not with the quality of the room available with you considering the room I have stayed. If you really want to help the customer, do it in the first priority not at the mild of the night asking to change the room it really doesn't work when you are traveling with the family.

overall staying in hotel was very good. the view from my room was amazing. view photo included. forgot to click room photos. but it was very good. room staffs were very helpful. the manager, Sindhu was very helpful and cooperative. only con is that the hotel is in lower pelling instead of upper .

hotel was excellent.. hotel staff are nice.. kanchanjunga view from the room.. located near lower pelling.. must recommended..

hotel is old. room furnitures are very old and bed is dirty. the only positive about this hotel is that the bed is big enough.
