Hotel doesn't have Wi-Fi & don't even have good Restaurant.....and the excuse given by manager was ' THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE COOK'. The temperature here is 7 degrees, but toilet doesn't even has a wi+ More
Good Afternoon, This is Surojit Das ( Manager - The Pelling Resort , Helipad Road ..Pelling) This is to inform you that your customer Mr.Babulal Patel vide Booking voucher ID No:..who checked in on 2nd March'17 & checked out on 3rd march'17 ( though the booking was upto 4th initially, but as per your instruction at around 2.30 AM of 3 rd March to cancel the booking of 3 rd March, our management has cancelled the said and instructed to refund the entire booking amount including the food bills also. As par the telephonic conversation from your side i came to know the complaining issues of the customer which includes no windows in Toilet ... unavailability of cook ... etc.. regarding that very issue i want you to be informed that all those issues were wrong . A premium category of Resort can't be developed without a proper cook & a washroom cant be built all open and without window . We have well furnished & well equipped restaurant with perfect cook & beautiful hospitality. Our toilets are well ventilated & with beautiful decor.. THE PELLING RESORT is made for rendering utmost customer satisfaction & our team is there to render best service to the visitors. All these certifications are based on the visitors who came here. Everyone has given certificate of excellence. However, we were really annoyed by that very visitor. We have made the entire food bills complimented and neither the said customer has made any payment to us. He also did not offer us any charge at all. However, conveying my thanks to you for your rendering your first booking towards " Pelling Resort " . Looking forward for a happy and healthy relation ahead ... and hope not to have any such issues in future . Thanks Surojit Das
