I am recently shifted to gwalior and looking for rental flat.. On reception counter I asked Mr. Mathur to exceed my days with this room and whether there availabilityof flat for rent. He said there is no room available and you have to shift to my home with 15000 per month PG fees.. I was all alone in new city and he was forcing me to vacate the room and shift to his place .. that was terrible experience of life and dangerous being a single woman .... I immediately booked the same room in goibobo.. and there was availability of room in same hotel.. ... additionally they called me many times and asked me to have included breakfast which i said that it is not for that i need to pay extra, AC on the room was not working properly.. there was no hot water availability... my overall experience was extremely bad with this hotel .... But what mr. Mathur did was beyond my expectation..

3rd class hotel in the high tariff. there no mentinance ac was noisy across the night poor services not maintained any thing not a single thing was good. i never recommend anyone you should also check this the standard of hotel. No need your 1000 reward.... Poor service hotel ......dirty and smelling room . Nothing was good. We can get it this type hotel in Rs. 700 to 800 rs. But i paid rs. 2400+ food bills approx 3200 The amount was non refundable......so i was there.

I book dlx room they give me standard room after saying also they doesn't change my room window ac installed in room window window vibration noise so loud couldn't sleep in night even 1 hour they knew that there is noise in the room they purposely gave this to customer

worst experience everthe bed was not cleanno hot water pillow was dirty service is poor and most funny excuse I have ever received is toilet paper stock me nai hai😖😖will never prefer this hotelkindly check the hotel and its status very very disappointing

Very dirty towels absence of proper toiletries very very unhelpful staff as i reached at 5 in the morning they were all asleep and when i asked for toiletries and towels they said will provide after 7. Not at all advisable to stay
