AC was not working and the hotel owner told, I cannot change the room. The staff was very rude, he told you have to manage.breakfast was denied by the staff the staff provided breakfast only for one person. and Breakfast was very dirty.Room was also dirty. do not book.

poor experience.. door of washroom not working... dirty room.. no blanket.. key of room is not available... not able to lock the room... there is no phone in room... also TV not working.. no one is there to respond... the not even provided blanket to me... pathetic...

extremely unclean and unhygienic. unfriendly and uncouth behaviour from the counter person and there's no geyser here - although it's mentioned. They didn't clean it even during the check-in time. made us wait for an hour before it's cleaned.
