Very dirty room provided.-room is very smelly-dirty bedsheet and many hole in bedsheet-dirty washroom-Many rat running in room.- checkin in time hotel deney and after call goibibo then hotel given the permission for check in.- towel in holing and dirty.- room is very dirty.- many rat running in room- room furse is not clean.- window not closing properly due to window hanling issue.

Overall, I had a great experience with the (Sunny By Wb Hotels). Staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.

pathetic service, we allocate worst rooms the staff is very rude and don't even help in checking in and out like luggage shifting and all...overall worst experience, won't recommend at all

poorest service bedsheet and we're not washed. walls of room were cracked. without cooler or AC rooms temperature 45 degree Celsius Full night.
