Hello, I booked the hotel this November for my family. The scenic view of outside mountain and city was nice from terrace of hotel,but the swing chair was in broken condition. Although complementary breakfast was added in my booking with an extra amount, but hotel staff refused to provide as facility was not there. Normal drinking water was not available which we purchased from outside. The room was not cleaned properly. stains were there on the bedsheets and pillow covers were not cleaned enough. The toilet smell was horrible. Every time you did a spray of water for usage in bathroom, urine & toilet smell was coming from the drainage outlet.One of the charging plug point was in broken condition.

It is in main city which is good. The road to reach is bit narrow. The hotel didn't had elevator.The staff was very supportive. Overall, it was a moderate stay. It was overall moderate. If you have old person with you who can't climb stairs, that can be bit problematic.

Room and staff support are good. Condition of the road to the property is horrible. No hotels nearby. swiggy service available. Neat toilet with hot water is good. Rs. 5000 per day is very high.Upto 2000 is O K.Only 3 parking lots are available. Safe place.

Apart from room nothing was there. no service. no food service, full dirty. no help desk available. once you checked-in you will not find any staff at desk. no fan no AC in the room.
