The receptionist was a decent guy. And his behaviour was professional. However, the room (Room# 303) we received had several flaws such as no lock in the bathroom as well as the windows there was tedious. Moreover, sheets and blankets weren't clean. Also, the balcony was closed. Even the main door lock was faulty. One of the positive things was AC was functioning properly.

Very bad experience. They demanded additional payment, almost double. They were not ready cancel booking. Had to wait and call customer care for more than 1 hour. The worst experience I ever had.
