The experience was completely horrific. Firstly we have reached to the studio at 2:30 and it was around 2:30 hrs after the check-in time. When we reached to the alot room it wasn't clean at all and the team was sending wrong details to us which made us feel so insecure. We have waited more over 40 minutes to have the room and it seemed that they have bot changed the linen too. We have asked the caretaker to change it but he said it is already changed. Even after requesting so much for the towel he provided us that extremely dirty towel and when we have asked to replace it there was no answer. We have not been provided the dental kit too. The complimentary comb was missing too.

i have not clicked any picture as i didn't stay over there, i left the room after 2 hrs because my room was so dirty , kitchen almirah shelf was broken, water continuously flowing from kitchen basin, led tv screen was broken, bedsheet was so smelly and tidy. experience was totally horrible
