I WANT MY REFUND OTHERWISE Pathetic experience with staff during check-in at 8 pm. Directly saying we are not going to give you room bcz its book for tomorrow wedding. After lots of haste, they told me you have to check into the hotel at 8 am and I have no other choice at midnight so I stayed and checked out at 7 am. Poor Hospitality, No service, ask for anything their immediate response is NO. They don't even stand to listen to what I wanna ask. I am alone thinking about those who are elderly, women, and solo women travellers, how they gonna manage in this kind of hotel. I request you to take action and refund my entire money with apologies from hotel.

Room given to us was small in comparison to money taken. Service was good. Food was bad except tea and coffee. There was no chair in the room where we will sit and eat.
