Location: Absolutely in the middle of city and can go anytime with good connectivity. Ambience:Nice and soothing Staff: Very helpful and courteous Rooms: Spacious with full new amenities and neat and clean bathrooms. Restaurant: Surprisingly very delicious and reasonable food .No need to go out. linen and Service: Very good and always supports you. Breakfast Buffet:Not upto the mark ,only grey point at the hotel.Needs little improvement if they are providing such a good facilities..they shouldn't bring bad name for a small breakfast.Only one newspaper comes to such a big hotel. It was my first stay overall I enjoyed and was really comfortable with the hotel and staff.Its a nice reasonable property with excellent facilities.

my experience during the stay in this hotel was awesome. I am giving my review on this stay after 4 year but I can remember a hotel staff who's name is Subhash is very friendly guy. even I am smiling right now his reply while I asked his name, he replied whith the whole sentence like " मेरा नाम सुभाष है". everytime you will aske his name he will reply like the same. I have stayed there 5 days, and it was remarkable. thank you to every hotel staff members.

stayed in Room 109. Rooms very cozy, All Staffs ( especially one lady receptionist- don't know her name) very cooperative & professional. Huge discount by Goibibo while booking made this trip even more memorable. would definitely come back whenever visiting Kolkata.

my room was nearby to lift on first floor which makes lot of noise. Bengali people running arounng calling names in the middle of night as if war is announced and hotel needs to be evicted 🤣 breakfast is good

Shilpa and other staff is quiet helpful. I was sick got the meds by one of the staff at late night. Very friendly environment. Amazing service. Good for solo female travelers. Safe Stay.
