Hotel O Basera

The pillows and bed were in very bad condition The stains were there. I told them to change but they denied as they told these types to come from their laundry. I booked an AC room but they denied it as the tariff was increased and I complained about the same. They asked for the extra amount for the AC room and told us to check first then only we will provide room otherwise you need to stay at the same non AC room. They also did not provide basic amenities like soap, sampoo, towels etc. I do not recommend this to any who travel with family.

the location was nice. just opposite of rajendra nagar terminal. when i reach there staff were so polite and humble they co-operate you in every manner. i ordered some food there. the food was also very good. will surely visit there again n again.

the hotel room is just ok. the bathroom is very small. the accessories like buckets, water kettle, etc are not clean. however, less price of the hotel should be considered by students and examinees. not fit for the family. overall ok.

I booked the stay for three people but the property owner asked for more to pay for the third person to stay.Not any Positive response got from the property side .Thanks to Goibibo for accommodation in other Hotel.
