Hotel O Jalan Regency

I was given a room which was different from what I booked.They were asking more money to allot me the same room I booked.After a lot of arguments finally I got the room.But the whole experience was just disgusting.There was a lot of things which were cleverly hidden.After I entered the room those came out. The area of the bathroom was 2×8.U can easily imagine how could a man fit within 2ft of area.A mini store room was there inside the room where abandoned things were kept piled and within the time frame of my stay hotel staff frequently came for their necessary hidden things in the store room.Reception place was so small that u can't be able to sign properly.U can't imagine staff was cooking their food just beside the reception area.and each time u have to enter and exit through that cooking place whenever u want to go outside or enter in the hotel.It was only a floor of an old building where they have built same rooms and named it" Regency ".What a kingly name.

One of the worst hotels ever visited. There was no water in the washroom. Room was disgusting. Service was very poor.

3rd class hotel asking for extra money although full booking amount paid already . didn't let me check in
