I am the person who travels throughout india and book hotels But I am sorry to write that this so called hotel Mahal and restaurant at kanchrapara is very very poor particularly behavior of all the employees they all are very very rude and services is also worst .Neither they provided any towels in hotel nor any toiletries.

the hotel rooms didn't have remote for ac, no blanket, no tv. they didn't provide remote and blanket after asking twice. no telephone in the room. room service is very delayed. they treat booking and direct booking separately but in same price

Horrible is single word. No TV, ani wifi, No intercom. Stinking room and smelling blankets. Scary bathroom and the list goes on... Thanks, I had only one day to stay...
