Please DO NOT choose this hotel. Even though the rooms look amazing in the picture, there is no maintenance. We received dirty used pillow covers with hair strands in it. There was dust all around. They lack staff and do not even provide the most basic things like complementary water, kettle or essential toiletries. The TV doesn't work.

A Average Experience. T.V. wasn't working as the RECHARGE was done. Water was Dripping from the A.C. But was polite, Courteous and helpful staff They called the A.C. mechanic for the problem of the A.C. ( They were prompt to take action) Location is good. Close to Hongkong market.

At first we did not get the room that we had booked and when complained we received a similar one that we saw while booking but there was no network and also the wifi was not working the geyser was not working room service was not done properly it was a mess over all

Room is different from shows at time of booking and interior of room is very bad bathroom condition also very poor. Waste of money and disappointing . After complain room changed thanks goibibo and hotal owner for quick response.

It was not good,atleast not worth to the payment.The room is shabby and they have not subscribed the TV channels only the free channels of cable is coming,where as they are charging so high.Even they does not have A.C remote.

I really enjoy all of my stay. It was clean, well-kept, and gave a very decent degree of amenities. The staff were friendly and helped me with anything I needed. I would gladly come back next time I’m in the area.

bad rooms,they provide us twin bed ,not double bed .there is electrical shock in hot water while using.no waste bin,no water bottle (gave normal water filled in bottle when asked).
