Super Townhouse RCC Lamps

Hotel service was worst : 1) Requested for 1hour early check in ,but provided the room to me 30 minutes late check in . 2) Hotel manager was never attending phone calls . 3) Drinking water was not provided , I bought from outside . 4) Property seems to be new , but maintenance and service side is zero . Just like a hospital seems good from outside but no staff's are there to attend the patients . 5) The manager was careless and impatience to respond their guests . 6) The property owner must give attention towards efficient management . 7) It is a very good property situated in the heart of the city , you must take advantage of that with good behaviour, good attitude and good service .

Worst experience staying in this hotel. I shouldn't give 1 star also. Will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel, specially for corporate/official person. Room as small as you can think about. AC not proper - AC remote not working. No spare AC remote. Bed sheet dirty. Asked for glass to drink water but glass not available/given. Services are too poor. Staffs are not helping. Room booked with Breakfast. But breakfast not available in hotel, they bring very simple breakfast from roadside ( in a plastic carry ). Asked for plate & bowl to eat but the same not provided. One of the worst hotel I stayed in my life.

The hospitality here is amazing! They really know how to take care of their guests .

I spent a couple of days in a hotel RCC 7 Lamps. I dislike the bed since it is uncomfortable on one side and the room is very small.
